Ray Miller knows what it takes to manage a successful website. Rays leadership experience in property management and real estate investing lead him to develop advanced searchable websites for the real estate industry at the beginning of the Internet age.
During the 1990s Ray worked with Home builders and Realtors groups on a national level to develop more effective methods for managing and updating database powered websites, first with NewList Corporation and later with Homestore.com, the predecessor of todays Move.com.
In 2001 the Ohio native co-founded Sarasota, Florida-based RealTech Services, Inc., and expanded the companys client base to fitness and travel industries as well as other real estate professionals.
Today, with more than 15 years of web development expertise, Ray and the Realtech Services team have finely tuned the process of building and managing smarter web sites that work.
Bill Eisenhard
Bill has been involved in the construction and implementation of more than 50 database driven websites over the past decade. His specialty is building user friendly websites that make complex tasks easy, from searching and purchasing to accounting and reporting.
One of Bills previous web site projects include launching a statewide Public Records database for the state of Florida. This cutting edge public record search website combined the records from more than thirty public record databases into one comprehensive reporting system and became a model for other webmasters nationwide.
Bill understands the needs of both website users and administrators and understands how to balance convenience with consumer and business privacy concerns.
