When your Marketing Account Manager at RealTech creates a new Facebook Business Page or adds a user to your existing business account, the notifications for your admin invitation will show up in one of two places.
First Step
Log into your PERSONAL Facebook account, and you will see a page that resembles the one below.
Second Step
Find where the notification for your business page role invitation will appear. The first place to look is at the top right of the screen where you will see a bell icon or a world icon. This is where a majority of notifications will appear. If you see the page invitation here, it will ask you if you would like to accept.
The second place to look for the notification is towards the left side of the screen in the sidebar. Click on the flag icon, and it will open into a different page.
Third Step
Look at the top left of the screen and click on the “Invites” option. That will open into a new page where you should see the business page image along with an option to accept the business page invitation.
Fourth Step
When you accept the page role invite, the business page should open in a new window. You will automatically be able to access the page as long as you are logged into your personal FB account. Discuss the page role options with your Account Manager along with Page Settings and “About Us” information if this is a brand new page for your business.

How To Log Into Your Personal Facebook Page
Unfortunately, we can’t help you recover your personal login information, but you can follow the prompts by Facebook if you forget your login name or password.
Not Seeing the Page Role Invite in Either Place?
Let your Account Manager know that you’re having problems locating the notification. They will cancel the pending invitation and send it again. Be sure to check your notifications immediately to avoid it being buried in the list.
Still Not Working?
Double check that you are logged into YOUR PERSONAL Facebook account, and that the Account Manager has located your correct account to send the notification, and not a person with your same name.
How To Log Into Facebook Business Page
Don’t know the Business Page login info and password? Whoever set up the page should have done it through their personal Facebook account. That person can sign in using their personal email and password to reach the Business Page and settings.
Resetting Login Info
If you own the Business page and don’t remember your login info and password, you will need to follow Facebook’s reset instructions. We can’t help you with this part.
